What we collect when you shop with us, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Last updated [date].

Draft for the studio and its legal advisor. The structure follows how the shop actually works (private photo uploads, manual design, print on demand). Every orange tag is a decision or legal detail the studio must supply; the final text must be reviewed for the countries you sell to.

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email, shipping and billing address [phone, if collected].
  • The photo you upload and any notes for your designer.
  • Payment — handled by [Stripe / WooPayments / PayPal]. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Website usage — only with your consent: [analytics / advertising tools, e.g. Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel].
  • Messages you send us through the contact form or by email, and your email address if you join our list.

How we use it

  • To make your tee: a designer uses your photo only to build your artwork.
  • To process payment, ship your order and send you emails about it.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To send marketing emails — only if you joined our list, and you can unsubscribe any time.

We never use your photo, or a photo of your tee, in marketing unless you give us separate permission.

Your photo

Uploaded photos are stored privately — never at a public web address — linked only to your order, and seen only by the people making it. Full details are in our Photo Upload & Usage Policy.

Who we share it with

  • Our print partner [Printify / print provider] receives the finished artwork and your shipping details, so it can print and deliver your order.
  • Our payment provider processes your payment.
  • [Email platform, if one is used for order or marketing emails]

We don’t sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep your bag and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you accept them [cookie consent banner — to be added before launch].

How long we keep it

Your rights

Children

Many of our tees carry a child’s photo. Photos of minors are uploaded by a parent, guardian or someone with their permission, who confirms this at upload. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children [age threshold for your jurisdiction].
