Photo Upload & Usage Policy
Your photostays yours.
The photo you send us is the most personal part of your order. Here’s exactly how we handle it. Last updated [date].
What to upload
- One clear photo of one face, in good light, from the original file.
- JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to [MB]. Minimum size [px].
- If it won’t print well, our designer will let you know [how / when].
Your permission
Before uploading, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo, and that you are the parent or guardian of — or have permission from the parent or guardian of — any child pictured. You can’t complete your order without this confirmation.
How it’s stored
Your photo is stored privately on our server — never at a public web address — with a random file name, and linked only to your order. Only studio staff can open it, after signing in.
Who sees it
The designer who makes your tee. Our print partner [Printify / print provider] receives only the finished artwork needed to print your order — not your original photo.
How long we keep it
We delete your original photo [N days] after your order is delivered. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing sales@favoritefacestudio.com with your order number.
Marketing — only with your yes
We never use your photo, your artwork or a picture of your tee in our marketing or social media unless you separately give us permission. Saying no never affects your order.
